ECOGEN is a startup founded in 2019 with the aim of being a contribution to the conservation, protection and management of biodiversity, in addition to supporting institutions in improving the performance of biological monitoring, being efficient to produce a seal of quality in the biodiversity measurement.
Experience
Our experience in ecology and environmental genetics is based on specialists linked to areas of ecology, genetics, genomics, sequencing, bioinformatics, so that, through the use of methodologies based on environmental DNA genetic tools (eDNA by its acronym in English), allow us to directly detect, identify and/or monitor a large number of species on different spatial and temporal scales.
We provide scientific and technical support to multisectoral private companies, government institutions, NGOs, and independent researchers who need to identify and monitor biodiversity in real time in aquatic, marine, and terrestrial ecosystems.

Somos un grupo de profesionales que contamos con más de 10 años de experiencia en las áreas de ecología, genética, genómica, secuenciación y bioinformática, desempeñándonos tanto en el ámbito académico como en el ámbito privado. Contamos con equipo comercial con más de 10 años de experiencia quienes están encargados de realizar estudios comerciales, planificación estratégica, establecer una conexión con el cliente y garantizar su satisfacción.
